Closing Chapters, Haikus

I always wanted to try making a series of Haikus rhyme, and I finally got around to doing just that.

A slap in the face
Ignoring for way too long
A struggle takes place

You get on my case
Then share into my new song
I don’t want the space

I grab by your waist
You stare first but move along
This can’t be a waste

Left with a bad taste
You leave me and join the throng
Feel like a disgrace

I’ve seen a new phase
I know I cannot be wrong
I’m lost in your ways

All our tassels raise
And it seems we could be strong
But we’re in this chase

We’re stuck in a laze
And I would like to prolong
But looks like a craze

Has been more than days
It’s not supposed to go on
But I’ll love him always…
